Cancellation and Refunds Policy for Modern Working Yogi

At Modern Working Yogi, we understand that life sometimes throws unexpected surprises your way. To ensure a fair and consistent experience for all our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation and refunds policy for private sessions, group workshops and classes:

1. Private Reiki Sessions:
– Clients may cancel a scheduled private session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the session’s start time.
– If you cancel your private session with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be eligible for a full refund of the session fee.
– Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled private session will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Group Workshops and Classes:
– Clients may cancel their registration for a group workshop or class with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the workshop/class start time.
– If you cancel your registration for a group workshop or class with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be eligible for a full refund of the workshop/class fee.
– Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled group workshop or class will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Processing:
– All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and include the client’s name, booking details, and reason for cancellation.
– Refunds, when eligible, will be processed within (5) business days from the date of the cancellation request.
– Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

4. Exceptions:
– In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, even if the 24 hours’ notice requirement is not met. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss such situations.
